The BCCI has yet to confirm when or where the remaining 16 matches (12 league and 4 playoffs) of the IPL will be played. While there’s speculation about a possible September window — if the Asia Cup is cancelled — no official word has been given.

In its statement, the BCCI stressed that “national interest trumps all other considerations” and expressed solidarity with the Indian government and armed forces in light of the current crisis. The Board thanked broadcasters and sponsors for prioritising national security.
