The Vidarbha all-rounder has accumulated impressive numbers across various formats of domestic cricket. He has amassed 127 wickets and scored 941 runs in his career spanning 16 T20s, 20 List A matches, and 18 First-Class games.

The announcement comes as Smaran Ravichandran had to withdraw from the tournament due to injury, creating a void in the SRH squad that needed immediate addressing.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are ninth on the IPL points table with six points after 10 matches played including three wins and seven defeats. Their next outing is against Delhi Capitals at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Monday (May 5).
A defeat for SRH would mean curtains for their chances of qualifying for the playoffs.
