RJD chief Lalu Yadav discharged from Bihar Hospital, to head to AIIMS Delhi as health deteriorates

NEW DELHI: RJD chief and former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was discharged from Paras Hospital in the state. He was admitted to the facility earlier in the day following a decline in his health condition.
His son revealed Tejaswi Yadav gave an update on his health revealing that Lalu will be heading to AIIMS Delhi for further treatment. “He is normal at present, he will be taken to the Delhi AIIMS soon for further treatment… ‘Lalu Yadav Kaleja wale admi hain’…Soon, he will be fit and fine,” he said.
Party leader Bhai Virendra had also given an update earlier revealing that his blood and sugar level had been fluctuating. “I always visit here, because he is our leader, guardian, but when I came to know that his health has deteriorated, I had come. We knew that his blood pressure, sugar level are fluctuating, he is going to Delhi, and he will return after check-up. There is no need to worry. The blessings of 13 crore people of Bihar are with him. He is one who always fights against communal forces, he is required,” he said.
