Saif Ali Khan's ex-wife Amrita Singh buys a lavish apartment in Juhu for a whopping Rs 18 crore - DEETS inside
Bollywood actress Amrita Singh has acquired a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for Rs 18 crore, covering 2,712.9 sq. ft. with three parking spaces. Notable for her film roles, she shares two children with ex-husband Saif Ali Khan. Saif’s mother, Sharmila Tagore, recently discussed their difficult divorce’s impact on a TV show.

Bollywood actress and Saif Ali Khan’s ex-wife Amrita Singh has bought a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu area. According to registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, she purchased the property earlier this month for Rs 18 crore.
According to documents from Square Yards, Amrita Singh’s luxury apartment is in the Peninsula building within Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society. The ready-to-move-in home spans 2,712.9 sq. ft. and includes three parking spaces. She paid Rs 90 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as a registration fee.

The actress isn’t the only Bollywood star with a home in Juhu. Celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and Shakti Kapoor also own apartments in the area.

Amrita is known for her roles in films like Betaab, Mard, Naam, Chameli Ki Shaadi, and Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman. She also appeared in movies like Kalyug, Shootout at Lokhandwala, and 2 States.
Singh was previously married to Saif Ali Khan. The couple got married in January 1991 but divorced in 2004 after 13 years of marriage. They have two children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan.

In 2023, Saif Ali Khan’s mother, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, appeared on Koffee With Karan and spoke about her son’s difficult divorce from Amrita Singh for the first time. She mentioned that after being together for so long and having children, no breakup is easy. Sharmila acknowledged the hurt and lack of harmony during that time but emphasized that it was a phase that passed, with time helping everyone heal.
