This is shop no 1 on the ground floor of Bharat Arize in Bangur Nagar. This clearly looks like an investment with the property prices seeing a rise and how.
This commercial property is of 4,365 sq. ft. and this deal includes five parking spots. The deal was closed at a per square foot rate of Rs Rs 65,940, thus the total cost is Rs 28.78 crore. According to the official records, the ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ actress has also paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore.
Meanwhile, Kajol’s next, ‘Maa’ is set to release on June 27. This poster was shared with the caption, “Hell is here, so is the goddess. Battle begins on 27th June 2025, in cinemas near you.”
