Did Shah Rukh Khan injure himself while shooting for 'King'?

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has sparked concern among fans after he was spotted with a black tape on his shoulder and back while making an appearance at Jaipur airport on Friday.
The actor, who arrived in Pink City for an event, was seen making a starry appearance at the airport. On his arrival, he was warmly greeted by fans who stood around his car, hoping to get a picture with the star. Videos doing the rounds on social media, see the actor surrounded by his bodyguards, who escorted him to his waiting car.
While he was graciously waving to his fans, a black tape was seen peeking from under his collar. Speculation suggests that SRK may have sustained the injury while shooting for his upcoming action thriller King. The actor, known for his dedication to high-octane action sequences, has a history of on-set injuries throughout his career.
While there is no official confirmation on the same, it is safe to assume that it could be a simple muscle strain causing him discomfort.
The actor continues to be actively involved in his professional commitments. He reportedly began shooting some of the action scenes last year, further building anticipation for the film. The movie which is expected to be one of the biggest releases of 2026, will see Khan starring alongside daughter Suhana Khan and fellow B-town star Abhishek Bachchan.
In January, during a fan-event, SRK confirmed, “I am just shooting for the film and it will go on for a couple of months. My director, Siddharth Anand, is very strict. He made Pathaan also. He has asked me not to reveal what we are doing. I can’t tell you, but I can assure you that it will be entertaining.”
The movie which is expected to be a high-octane action thriller, will mark SRK’s second collaboration with Anand after their blockbuster Pathaan.
