'Chhaava' box office collection day 4 (Live): The Vicky Kaushal starrer expected to be steady on first Monday after crossing Rs 100 crore

Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Chhaava‘ released in cinemas on Friday and became the biggest opener of 2025. Meanwile, the film saw tremendous growth over the weekend. Infact, on Sunday, the film had the biggest ever single-day collection in Maharashtra, beating the collection of Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ on Day 4.
The film is based on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj with Vicky getting into his shoes. Rashmika plays his wife Yesubai. Thus, it was expected that the movie will perform the best in Maharashtra circuit, which it did. On Saturday, the collection of the film was Rs 37 crore while on Sunday, it saw a huge growth and made Rs 48.5 crore. Thus it crossed the Rs 100 crore mark over the weekend. Now the early trends of Monday looked decent and it is expected that the film will remain steady and atleast make a number in the double digit range. As per the early trends, in the morning shows itself, the movie had already made around Rs 2.47 crore. Thus, according to Sacnilk, the total collection of the film so far is Rs 118.97 crore net in India.
The movie is expected to atleast make a double digit number on Monday as that will decide the film’s fate in the next coming days. This week will be crucial. ‘Chhaava’ is not facing any major competition from any other releases at the moment. There is ‘Loveyapa’ and ‘Badass Ravi Kumar’ which have almost lost steam for now and ‘Chhaava’ is dominating all over. Meanwhile, the movie has crossed ₹ 164.75 crore already as a worldwide gross.
