On Fashion Month’s runways and streets alike, we’ve spotted so many novel ways to wear jewellery — and in keeping with the playful excess of bag charms, studs on studs, and leopard print, most of them are statement-making pieces.
Don’t worry, though; no matter your personal style, there’s an easy way to incorporate each of these autumn trends into your wardrobe. Stacked bangles and bold pearl earrings might sound like a lot, but paired with a slinky knit dress or a button-down and straight jeans, they’re just enough. And if your outfit feels boring, simply slip on a charm necklace or a bold pendant to deliver some much-needed personality. 1. Stacked bangles
Bid farewell to quiet luxury with chunky, layered bracelets, which pay homage to similar styles from the ’70s and ’80s. This season, statement cuffs appeared on Tory Burch and Chanel runways, while stacked bangles popped up at Fendi. The fashion crowd is happily following suit, piling the accessories atop each other. We suggest buying a multipack in lucite or polished metal; ease into the look with a thick, single cuff.
