Promoting the concept of mindful eating, the brand’s newest outpost is simplistic yet wholesome, not just in its menu offerings but also in its design elements; think earthy colour palettes paired with pops of metallics. Bo-Tai (new menu)

The contemporary restaurant overlooking the Qutub Minar has an all-new look and a new menu. Thailand-born chef Ben, who is also a culinary maestro in Thai cuisine, has curated the menu featuring fiery Asian fare with plates such as larb gai served in puris with a basil crumble, pomelo salad with soft shell crab, grilled salmon with Penang curry, and mango sticky rice spring rolls.
