The board of directors of the company said in the BSE filing today, “Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Thursday, 22nd December, 2022 is fixed as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 2 (Two) fully paid up existing equity share of Rs. 1/- each held, subject to the approval of Members which is being obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting. The result of Postal Ballot will be declared on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022.”

The record date is Thursday, 22nd December.

The Board of directors of the company stated in the BSE filing, “In continuation to our Letter No. VEDL/Sec./SE/22-23/153 dated November 17, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 have approved Third Interim Dividend of ₹ 17.50 per equity share i.e. 1750% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to c. ₹ 6,505 crores.”

The record date for the payment of dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
